Not Paid To Think

A Comic By Mike Bannon

[More Comics]

I drive an hour each way to work, covering a fair distance to get there. This summer it's been non stop construction. I feel like a rat in a maze (except the cheese at the end of the maze is just work). Everyday I head out to work and I'll hit another road closed sign and I'll have to re-route. These roads aren't just closing for a couple days or a week, they're out of commission for months. I'm pretty sure it's just a matter of a couple of weeks before I'm totally cutoff from getting to work, which I'm kind of hoping will happen, "Sorry can't make it in to work today, every road between here and work is under construction, see you in two months"

I like the dopey guy in the background with his chin on the spade handle.
